Spinach Salad with Peaches and Pecans

1/3 cup toasted or honey-glazed pecans
2   peaches, cut into small chunks or very thin slices
2  (6 ounce) packages fresh baby spinach

Dressing:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together dressing ingredients.  Toss with pecans, peaches and spinach.
