
2 apples, grated
1 large sweet potato, grated
4 carrots, grated
1 cup matzah meal
1 stick margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
24 paper muffin cups
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Place paper muffin cups in the muffin tins. Pour the batter into the cups. They should be two-thirds full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done in a preheated 350 degree oven.

I just made these and I think some ingredients are missing in the recipe. Mine don’t look anything like the picture. Mine aren’t doughy at all. Mine are all orange and didn’t really set, all much inside. Where is the red in the picture coming from?
Love your site and am going to make the Blondies and Molten Chocolate Cakes next.
Let me know about the muffins, becuase the picture looks yummy, but that isn’t what the recipe produces.
